Heart and Rush
My novel is about a young guy, Alec, who lives a life quite unhappy in his teenager years, his mother is not so present in his life after Alec's elder brother has died, and his father does not treat him well and most of times blames him for his brother's death - both of brothers have caughts measles and Alec's brother died after that.
So, he tries always to get his life out of those bad and upseting feelings, he's a loner and also have problems at school, but when he moves to another school, he meets a girl, Dinah, who had seen him before in a trip to Cairo. In her last afternoon there, Dinah saw only a shape of a guy who crossed ahead near her, against an amazing sunset near the piramedes. And she felt something strong and strange when she looked to him at the distance, but she never thought of meeting him again up to the day when they met in California, where them both lived
It happens lots of facts, and they didn't met again, just later, after a whole year, when it is Alec found out that he was not son of his father and his mother tells him all the truth about, and he runs away, for feeling himself treasoned and hurt by his own mother.
He works in a building for a little time, by his own, and after some months his mother finds him, and not only his son, the place where Alec was working was under the works of his actual father, Atiman, whom Alec's mother meets when she founds out his son.
Everything gets cleared and Alec starts his life with his actual father who also didn't know he was his actual son, and all of them start living together, as long as Atiman had spent his whole life trying to find and to recover his son and the woman whom he was in love all that long, even she had obliged him to leave both, she and the son whom he had never seen.
So time goes by, and some months later, Dináh has some strange dreams about him, and she could guess his name before he had ever said it to her. Soon after, Alec goes to Dináh's house together Atiman, who was going to have a meeting of business with Dináh's father. Alec had seen that house before and had had strange feelings when he sighted those gates, the grooves and the lake, even without knowing who lived there, that sensation was strong and strange... When Dináh arrives and he sees her at the distance in the gates, that strange sensation becomes itself in anguish and he does not get to understand what is going on with him, so he leaves before Dináh could have seen him. But Atiman stays and when he talks to the whole family, he says about his son, Alec. Dináh gets quite surprised due that name which she had dreamt on, and so she finds out that was the same guy who she had felt something so different for.
Both of them can't understand the meaning of so much strange sensations, but they meet that same night, when Dináh has birthday, and Alec is told by his father that Dináh wanted him to go to the party. He does not understand the reason for her to want to meet him and less the reason for her to know so much about his life, even his name. He goes, and meet her, and they talk a lot, and they start a romance together, and later, after a couple of years, they find out that they had lived there before, in the same house where Dinah lived nowadays, but more than a hundred of years ago, when they where both married and living in another time, as another persons, but there in the same place.
They got chocked, but Dinah's mother, the one who tells them everything about that, tells them more about other facts, and so the story goes on
Alec and Dináh find out the love that they had lived before, in their former lives, and the reasons for it has been finished so sadly in those ancient times. For the blame of many people who live near them nowadays too, they were got apart. Gerald, the step father, whom Alec had lived together during his conflicted and difficult childhood, was the person who had made them quite bad in those ancient times, as they were another persons.
Thus, the years go by and at each new phase, Alec discovers more and more the value of the Love and of the knowledge and, most of all, of the forgiviness when the one gets to understand the reasons and the truth behind each and every person.
